This information is intended for qualified healthcare professionals. Patients should speak with their treating physician to determine whether a compassionate use request may be appropriate.
For patients living with difficult-to-treat cancers who are not eligible for, or unable to participate in, a clinical trial, and who have exhausted standard treatment options, EnGeneIC may explore access to investigational EDV therapeutics through compassionate use (expanded access) programs.
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by EnGeneIC’s clinical team in consultation with the patient’s treating physician, and in accordance with applicable local regulatory requirements.
Participation in a clinical trial remains the preferred pathway where available. Compassionate use is not a guarantee of treatment.

For patients only
Compassionate use (also called expanded access) is a pathway that may allow some patients to receive an investigational treatment outside of a clinical trial.
EnGeneIC may consider compassionate use for patients living with serious, or life-threatening cancers who:
- Have exhausted approved treatment options; and
- Are unable to participate in a clinical trial.
Requests must be made by the patient’s treating physician, and are reviewed individually to ensure patient safety and compliance with local regulations.
Compassionate use is not a guarantee of treatment, and availability depends on medical suitability, regulatory considerations, and program capacity.
