Clinical Trials Manager
Clinical Trial Unit Manager, Helen Foster joined EnGeneIC in March 2015. Helen has worked within the field of clinical research for more than 25 years, developing expertise in the management and conduct of Phase 1-IV oncology clinical trials, from feasibility to close out, in both the pharmaceutical industry and public health services.
Originating from the UK, Helen trained as a RGN at London’s St Bartholomew’s Hospital, gaining extensive clinical experience in haematologic and solid tumour malignancies. This expertise culminated in a core role in the newly established National Cancer Research Network (NCRN), a UK Government initiative, which supported the creation of a world-class health service infrastructure to support cancer research by a managed research network mapping onto the 34 NHS service networks for cancer care. Throughout her career she has established a robust network of key opinion leaders, whilst working with major pharmaceutical companies, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, (Sanofi)-Aventis and AstraZeneca managing key registration studies for innovative oncology therapeutics.
