Blair Paton

VP, EDV Manufacturing

Blair joined EnGeneIC in October 2014 as part of the EDV™ Manufacturing team. Blair has worked in the field of cGMP manufacturing and operational excellence, engaged in high end, complex aseptic manufacturing of oncology therapies that cover a range of cancers whilst applying continuous improvement methodologies focused on consistent and reliable execution. In his role, Blair is responsible for EDV™ production, manufacturing processes and change control (Regulatory and Technical) documentation. He is also leading and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing. He project manages integrated and benefits-led change initiatives within production and business administration areas to enhance data analytics and performance governance capability.

Prior to EnGeneIC, Blair was with Pfizer for over a 10-year period. He held various positions of increased responsibility, refining his expertise to ensure that initiatives and programs of work align to the business.

Blair is an ardent supporter of fostering a collaborative culture and is committed to aiding investigation and development of therapies that improve the outlook for cancer patients worldwide.
